Welcome to our website.

When our daughter, Fiona, moved to Sotogrande we found it such a delightful place that we decided to buy an apartment.

We chose Valgrande because of the high quality of construction, the beautiful gardens and the indoor and outdoor swimming pools.

Our ground floor villa apartment has been furnished to a high standard by a local interior designer. It is very spacious, light and airy and has air conditioning and under-floor heating in all rooms.

The villa apartment has three double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and a large sitting room with dining area. There is a very large terrace with plenty of seating for dining and relaxing.

We let it out for a few weeks each year to help cover running costs. (We do accept babies, but think our apartment is unsuitable for small children. No pets are allowed).

We believe our villa apartment to be the perfect holiday home both for families and golfers.
