The underground car parking is extremely convenient. It gives your car maximum protection from the elements, mainly the hot sun, keeping it cool for your next adventure be it a shopping run, golf access or further sightseeing.
As you approach the residence you descend a very slight slope, you operate the electric garage door via an electronic key fob that is found on your own set of keys that are provided for you during your vacation.
Once inside you have access to strictly one car parking space, this is clearly identified as (number 2), a marking on the wall will confirm this. We ask that you do not park your car in the other few bays as these are privately owned by other residents and this can cause inconvenience.
Once you are parked up you then have complete ease of access to the apartment via an exit access door from the underground car parking.
The exit door from the underground car parking takes you to the elevator to your left or the stairs ahead and to the right, these will lead you to the ground floor (level 1) where the apartment door is immediately located as you exit the elevator on your right or at the top of the first flight of stairs on your left.
