Sotogrande Villa is one of a group of luxury villas constructed within the scenic Valgrande guarded urbanisation, situated immediately opposite the prestigious Valderamma golf club. Each villa comprises five apartments, of which ours is on the ground floor. There is underground parking with a lift, thus giving access for the disabled.

Our apartment is very spacious, being approximately 200 sq.m or 2200 sqf. It has been elegantly furnished to a very high specification and is fitted with full air conditioning with controls in each room plus under floor heating for the winter months.

The three double bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms and large fitted wardrobes. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, conventional oven, dishwasher and an American style fridge freezer with an automatic ice maker. The washing machine and dryer are in a separate utility room.

The sitting room is equipped with an audio system and satellite TV. A separate dining area seats six. Two large sofas, chosen for comfort, are positioned round the open fire place and sliding doors lead out onto the large terrace. Here, there are two couches and two arm chairs with a separate dining area, again seating six. From the terrace there are views of the Almenhara golf course and in the foreground there is a small lake which is fed by a stream that meanders down through ancient cork trees and then on through a wooded gorge.

There is a spectacular communal swimming pool cascading down to the maturely planted gardens. There are plenty of sun loungers on the surrounding terraces and lawns. In addition, there is a shallow pool for young children.

Undercover parking for one car is available in the basement plus space for a golf buggy should you have one. In addition there is a secure storeroom for bulky items such as your golf clubs, surf boards and mountain bikes.
