Conditions

 

 

A £250 deposit is required. The balance is required one month before arrival or by arrangement of cash on arrival.

The maximum number of occupants for the property is 6 people plus one baby. We reserve the right to refuse admission or to request the departure of those arriving in excess of this number.

In order to allow sufficient cleaning time, guests arrival should be between 4 pm and 6pm with a departure by 10am.

 

 

 

 

The tenant is responsible for respecting the contents and amenities of the property and leaving it in good order and clean condition. Any serious abuse may render the tenant liable for eviction without compensation. The client in whose name the booking is made is responsible to ensure that every member of his party abides by and respects these condition.

We require a £300 deposit to cover any damage or breakages, paid on arrival to our representative.
