We believe that these rates are very competitive and if anything below the going commercial rate for this very high quality apartment.

We offer a reduced rate for longer lets.

Short lets and special offers are occasionally available.

Start day: We prefer weekend to weekend but endeavour to accommodate clients as we know that cheaper flights are available mid-week.

What's included

A twice weekly maid service of 2 hours, extra possible by arrangement, Weekly change of bed linen, bath and beach towels, fire wood.

Note: Electricity is much more expensive in Spain compared to the UK. We do let the apartment fully inclusive, we reserve the right to make surcharges if an unreasonable amount has been used. For example, if the air conditioning is running with the doors and windows left open, the consumption can be enormous. We therefore allow 5kw per day which should be ample for normal use.
